Trinity's preschool class spent the month of October learning about where their food comes from. As part of the lesson they took a field trip to the Great Harvest Bread Company in Lake Forest Park. They got to see the wheat, flour, yeast (and smelled it!), the bowls to mix the bread, and the stove to cook the bread. Then they each got their own bread stick! After we were done at the bakery we went up to Third Street Books and got hot chocolate and played a little chess! I drove and had a blast!
