Spring was here so we took a family day hike. We got sandwiches and decided to take a picnic lunch with us. We headed to Meadowdale County Park. I knew it was a hike downhill to the park and beach, however, I did not realize how steep or long of a hike it was. It was probably just under a mile down hill, and of course up hill back!
We got there and had lunch. We were bumbed, we couldn't go under the train tracks to get to the beach due to winter run off. Hopefully we can head down there another time in the summer to get out to the beach, maybe for a sunset or something! The park at the top had a fun climbing toy, so Trinity played a bit after we got back.
