Easter Weekend trip to Edmonds

We took Trinity to my parents for Easter weekend. It was a great, long weekend, but we had so much fun!! We first drove to Sunnyside on Thursday for a Purple Heart presentation to my great-aunt. I had helped her get it through work and Senator Cantwell was there to present it. Then we drove from Sunnyside to my parents. Trinity's schedule had been all messed up that day, and then we got her to bed late. But she woke up happy as a clam on Friday, ready to play! My mom has tons of toys around for my niece Caitlyn, so Trinity was in toy heaven!! Also, my parents have a coffee table that is open at each end, so Trinity had a blast climbing under it!!

On Saturday we went to my grandparents. All of their great-grandkids were there! We ate brunch, then thank goodness for the play yard, Trinity took a short nap, then it was time for an Easter egg hunt (video will be up shortly). Trinity found 3 eggs, with help from me, and my brother Jim of course!! My brother and his wife Thomasina were there, and we hadn't seen them in awhile. It had been even longer since I got a good picture of Trinity with them (I think September). So we got a great picture!!

On Sunday we went to church with my parents, then hit the road. It was a good drive, Trinity slept the first half, and played with me the second half.

Trinity was quite the trooper all weekend. With all the crazy schedule changes, she did great!
