Trinity is very much into animals right now. One of her favorite things to do is watch the horse races. Jason and I decided to take her to Emerald Downs today. The weather was questionable, but we decided to take the risk. We got 2 hours of rain-free horse racing in! Then, on the way to the car the rain and thunder started!
Trinity loved the horse races! She would point and yell when she saw the horses. Then when they raced she was yelling "Run, run, run", and clapped and yelled when they finished! She had a blast and we will definitely be doing that again! Emerald Downs is family oriented and even had pony rides. She was excited about the possibility of riding one like Emily Yeung (on PlayHouse Disney) had. All morning and the whole way down there she kept saying "Emily ride". It was too cute! But the line was too long and I think she would have gotten ancy waiting and not so sure she would have really sat on one! Maybe we will try it next time.
